Notifications not working

Notifications, the key reason for me buying the add-in for this app, are not really working. They are often just non-existent.
If you are looking for an application to help you extend/optimize the life of your battery (running it between 40% and 80%, for example) - this is NOT the app for you.
I’ve conversed with support, but they have yet to ask for logs - so its either a known issue or not a priority.
